Hi
Annie is back in theatre this morning for the 5th time so the surgeons can wash out the wound and check if there are more collections of fluid that need draining. She still has an ongoing fever caused by the VRE and Pseudonomas bacteria which she picked up in hospital (very common). Unfortunately these are antibiotic resistant infections so even though she is receiving 4 different antibiotics intravenously, the infections are still there. I am hoping to visit her tomorrow.
