Low Head Pilot Station

Low Head Pilot Station Complex
After spending the night at a very convenient free campsite behind the Georgetown Tourist Information Centre we drove 5km to the Low Head Pilot Station complex.  This is the oldest pilot station in Australia - operating continuously since 1805 with many of the buildings dating from the 1830s.
