A Sojourn in a House with No Wheels

We've had to move out of the motorhome for about a month whilst we get a new roof on her.  The original roof was made from a thin rubber membrane and it was damaged when I inadvertently went under a large tree :-$ the people at Caboolture Caravan Repairs are going to replace it with a fibreglass one - fortunately it's an insurance job - thank you APIA.

Meanwhile Skye and myself are happily ensconced with Liz, Louis and Charlotte (not forgetting, of course, Mimi the poodle) on the Sunshine Coast, where we are trying to make the most of walks along the canals and tree-lined streets.

In the early evening we often go to nearby Mudjimba Beach where there is an off-leash dog walking area - both Skye and Mimi love this.
